Professor Yu Xiong currently serves as the Associate Vice President for External Engagement and Chair Professor of Business Analytics at the University of Surrey, where he also directs the Surrey Academy for Blockchain and Metaverse Applications. His academic career includes previous positions as Chair Professor of Technology and Operations Management at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, and Senior Lecturer in Operations Management at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia.
